Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions.
Prepare for Pickup
Ensure the chair is placed in its original packaging with all accessories and manuals included to prevent damage during transit and avoid additional restocking fees.
Schedule Transportation
Once your RMA is approved, we will coordinate with a specialized white-glove freight carrier to pick up the unit directly from your residence or facility.
Inspection and Refund
